Yes, GullyCricket holds licenses from the UK Gambling Commission to conduct both Fantasy Sports and Sports Betting.

You have 4 GullyCricket balances: Total, Unutilized, Winnings, and Bonus.
Your total balance is simply the sum of your other three balances. Unutilized balance is cash deposited into your account that can be used to enter contests. Bonus cash is cash given to users via deposit bonuses. You can use 5% bonus cash to pay for contest entry fees. Winnings balance is cash won in contests.
You can withdraw any winnings balance at any point in time.

In order to change your password from the 'Login' page simply select 'Forgot Password', you will need to enter the email address registered on the account, you will be sent a link, follow the instructions on order for you to re-set your password.

GullyCricket takes all complaints and disputes seriously and we see this as a opportunity to improve our processes and customer experience for the benefit of all.
We strive to resolve all complaint and disputes at first point of contact.
If you wish to raise a complaint you will need to email support@gullycricket.us
We allow customers to raise a complaint where the incident and/or dispute occured in the 12 months preceding the date of the complaint and/or dispute raised.
Anything outside of this timescale, we would review on a case by case basis.
All complaints received are acknowledged within 24 hours of being received, this acknowledgement explains what customers can expect in respect of how we will manage their complaint and include timescales for resolution.
Our complaints team are empowered to resolve complaint and/or disputes effectively and accurately, they will make clear what information is required along with the timescale in whic it is required in order for us to meet the 8-week timescale allowed by the Gambling Commission.
GullyCricket will provide a final resolution to a complaint within 8 weeks of the complaint being raised. In cases where a quick resolution is not possible, we will keep you informed of progress on a regular basis.
In the event that a complaint is not resolved within 8 weeks, or if a 'Deadlock' position is reached you will be provided details on how to escalate your complaint to IBAS (our selected Indepedant Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entity) if you wish to do so.
The outcome of our complaint investigatiopn will be communicated to you via email and will explain:
- That this is our final decision
- That this is the end of our complaints process
- How to escalate your complaint to IBAS or signpost you to other sources of advice if you remain disastified with the outcome
We will not hold your data for longer than is required for the purpose for which we collected it. The length of time for which we retain your data will depend on what we are using it for as set out in our Privacy Policy.
Our typical retention time is 7 years from the date your account is closed, we will only continue to retain data where there is:
- Legally required under gambling or tax legislation or regulations; or
- Required to exercise or defend our legal rights
We will treat your account as 'Dormant' if you have not logged into your account within a 13 month period.
Dormant accounts will incur a fee of $4.99 a month on any unutilized and/or winnings balance remaining in the account.
If your balance is zero at the time the fee will be added monthy and deducted should you deposit, we recommend if you have not intention of using the account to close it to prevent additional charged being accrued.

Your details are removed from our marketing lists at the time you self-exclude. If you were due to receive any in the 48 hours following your self-exclusion, you may still receive these, you wont be able to access your account.

Fantasy Sports
In Fantasy Cricket, you select players from both teams in a real life upcoming cricket match to put on your very own fantasy cricket team.
You can then enter these teams into contests against teams created by other users. When the match starts, each player you chose will score points based on their performance in the match.
Players score points for runs, wickets, catches, etc. If the sum of the points scored by the players on your team is higher than the sum of the points scored by your opponents teams, you'll win cash prizes.
Yes, cash prizes are awarded to the customers who create the best teams.
Any international cricket match, Major T20 League (IPL, PSL, BBL etc.), or Indian domestic matches, we get scores from Espncricinfo/cricbuzz.
T10 matches and domestic matches of other countries, we get scores from Fancode.
Football, we get our scores from Sofascore.
Please note that in football there are often stats corrections, and Sofascore can take some time to update, so the stats during the match, 1 hour after the match, and after 12 hour of the match might differ slightly for some matches.
On occasion, official scorers may issue a stat-correction after games have ended and the official scoring validation process has completed.
These corrections are rare, but can occur days after a game is played. Therefore, any changes to official scoring that occur after contests have been finalised will not impact those finalised contests.
To play GullyCricket Fantasy you will select 6 players from either team for any match in order to create your fantasy team.
The players playing in the match are assigned a credit value between 0-30 credits and you will have a maximum of 100 credits to spend while creating your team.
When creating your fantasy team in the GullyCricket app you will be allocated with 100 credits to select your 6 players.
Each player is assigned a credits value between 0 and 30 based on their skill level and recent performance, with top players costing more credits than less skilled players.
Your 100 credits have no relationship to real life money, they are just an in-game currency you use each time you create a team.
You need to make sure you have selected 'Fantasy' from the drop down selection at the top of the page, the Play tab shows matches that are offered on GullyCricket.
After you select a match, you will be shown a list of contests that you can enter, to see the details of any of these contests, which includes other GullyCricket users that have entered, individual game details, payout information, etc, simply click the “info” button on the contest.
To enter the contest, click on the “Enter" button, you will then be asked to select a team or multiple teams to enter into that contest. If the contest requires an entry fee, this will be deducted from your balance. If you have not yet created a team for the match, you will be required to create a new team.
Tap on the “My Contests" Tab. From here, you can view Upcoming contests, Live contests, and the History of contests that you've played.
Upcoming Contests shows you the contests for which you have submitted entries, but that have not yet started. By clicking on a contest, you have the option to view and modify your lineup as well as see the contest details and other players competing against you. You will not be able to see your opponent's lineups until the contest goes live.
Live Contests shows your contests that are for matches that are currently happening. Here, you can monitor the points that you score and the individual progress of both your and your opponent's players.
Your History shows all the contests that you have previously competed in. You can view how you and your opponents scored as well as the individual performance of each player that was selected.
The start time for the match on the GullyCricket app will be extended side-by-side with delays such that the match in GullyCricket App starts at the same time as the delayed real life match.
Your lineup entry for a contest may be modified as many times as you choose, prior to the match starting. Once the match begins, players cannot be swapped out and your lineup will be locked.
If your selected player doesn't play, that player will not accrue points.
Once the game time arrives, players are locked in regardless of participation in the match.
Players will be marked Play/Out After starting lineups are announced, approximately 25 minutes before match start time.
We strongly recommend you make sure to check your teams and make sure all of your players are playing prior to selecting your team.
If a match is cancelled, all contests for that match will be cancelled and all entry fees will be fully returned to your GullyCricket balance.
- If a Test match is declared drawn with neither of the teams completing a single inning, the match will be canceled. However, if a Test match is declared drawn with either team (and not necessarily both) completing a single inning, the match will be considered to have completed.
- For T20 and ODI matches, if there is no result to the real life match, we will cancel the match and refund all entry fees. If a result is declared in the real life match, we will also declare the match in GullyCricket and pay the the prize winnings as of the end of the match.

Grand Leagues will run regardless of if they fill. Head to Head and Small leagues will be cancelled if they do not fill, and all entry fees will be returned to your GullyCricket balance.
To create a team, simply click on a match then click the “create team” button.
You will then select 6 players for your team. each player is assigned a credits value and you will have a maximum of 100 credits to use while selecting your team.
You will select a captain that will score x2 points and a vice captain that will score x1.5 points.
Depending on what game type you're playing - either a Head to Head or Grand League/Small League - prizes for tied positions can vary:
- Head to Head: For a tie here, both of the participants split the total prize, 50/50.
- Grand Leagues / Small Leagues: This type is easier to explain by example:
(If 2nd place pays out at $100 USD and 3rd $50 USD, the two users tied for 2nd place would each win a prize of $75 USD. Effectively, a combination of the two prizes split evenly between the two participants)
You can use unutilized, winnings, and bonus balance to enter contests.
Bonus balance will be spent first, and can be used to pay up to 5% of contest entry fees, next will be your unutilized balance which will be used to cover the remainder of the entry fee, if you have sufficient unutilized balance.
Winnings balance will be used last to cover entry fees if you can not fully cover the entry amount between your unutilized and bonus balances.
We aim to settle matched within a couple of hours of the match ending, we need to validate the scores, any winnings will be added to your GullyCricket account.
While it is an established fact that Fantasy Cricket is a game based on skill, at GullyCricket we want each user in a contest to have a similar chance to their peers, relying on that skill.
We've implemented features to make sure that skill is the only factor in a contest which includes but not limited to: preventing competitors from changing their usernames or having multiple accounts and the existence of Beginner Contests.
Usernames will stay active within GullyCricket if the player follows the Terms and Conditions in place and abides by the rules and regulations of playing online.
GullyCricket reserves the right to close a users account in the event of the following mentioned below:
- Any user which is found to be engaged in fraud activities that negatively affects game results
- Any user found to be included in any other kind of unwanted activity with the purpose of planned damage to other users and/or GullyCricket
- Any user found to be using usernames for promotional means to gain profit
- Any user found to be circumventing their details in order to create multiple accounts
Sports Betting & Gaming
You need to make sure you have selected 'Sportsbook' from the drop down selection at the top of the page. The Play tab shows matches that are offered on GullyCricket.
Once you select a match, choose the outcome you would like to bet on, which will automatically be added to your bet slip. From there, enter the amount you wish to stake, and the platform will display your potential winnings based on the selected odds. Before confirming, review your selections carefully to ensure everything is correct. When you are ready, place your bet to complete the process, after which you will receive a confirmation. Please ensure you have sufficient balance in your account, as bets cannot typically be modified or cancelled once they are placed.
If you find an issue with any of the bets placed in your account, we may ask you to provide us with the Bet ID.
To locate the Bet ID in your account please complete the following steps:
- Ensure the 'Sportsbook' option has been selected from the top of page
- Select 'My Bets'
- Locate the bet either in 'Open' or 'Settled'
- Select the bet and locate the Bet ID at the bottom of the Bet Slip
This could be due to various reasons such as:
- The event has not started of finished yet
- Settlement is delayed because results have not been validated by official sources
- There are a large number of bets needing to be settled
- It may be necessary to review footage to ensure a correct valuation
If your bet is still open after a few hours of the announcement of the result, please contact our support team with the Bet ID and we will look into it for you.
Despite every effort to ensure total accuracy, GullyCricket reserves the right to correct errors made on a bet placed and re-settle the same at the correct price, or terms which should have been available at the time, please refer to our General Betting Rules for further information.
There are a few reasons wht a bet could be suspended.
The respective has been removed due to an amendment to the prices for that particular market or selections.
Normally it is a quick process which will not effect your bet, but it can effect the availability of cashout as cashout cant be offered when any live changes are made.
If your bet is suspended for an extended period of time, it will most likely be due to loss of feed.
If your bet is suspended for the rest of the duration of an event, then its more than likely that we are offering that market and any balance will be returned to your GullyCricket account.
Cashout is a facility that allows you take a profit or loss on your bet before the event has completed by having it settled on the current standing of the match.
We may offer the option 'Cashout' for placed bets where you will be able to have the option to accept settlement of bets that you have placed before the result of the bet is settled. The 'Cashout' amount is calculated based on the current odds and is subject to change depending on when you have chosen to the accept a 'Cashout'.
We reserve the right to the withdraw or suspend 'Cashout' offers without notice.
We do not guarantee the availability of 'Cashout' for any event or betting type at any time, even if it has been offered for the same event or betting type before.
We wont be made liable in the event 'Cashout; is not available for technical reasons. We recommend that you do not place bets on the assumption 'Cashout' will be available.
'Cashout' will not be available for bets placed as 'Free'.
Rewards Programme
The GullyCricket Points Programme (“Points Programme”) allows eligible users to earn Gully Points by participating in certain activities within the GullyCricket app. Gully Points may be used to unlock daily reward tiers and bonus cash rewards. Participation in the Points Programme constitutes acceptance of Terms & Conditions.
From time to time, GullyCricket may offer additional promotional reward schemes as part of the Rewards Programme, including but not limited to Boosted Rewards and Cashback on Losing Bets. These promotions are discretionary and may be enabled or disabled at any time.
You earn Gully Points based on eligible wagers placed on the platform. Points are awarded only on settled bets, with different earning rates depending on the product—for example, Fantasy earns more points per dollar than Sportsbook or Casino.
No, only settled wagers qualify. Cancelled, voided, or refunded bets do not earn any points.
Daily Reward Tiers are levels (such as Bronze, Silver, Gold, etc.) that you unlock based on the number of Gully Points you earn in a day. Higher tiers provide higher bonus rewards.
Rewards are calculated daily and credited at the end of each rewards period. You must claim your reward within 24 hours, or it will expire.
Boosted Rewards is a feature available on selected matches where users can receive cashback on certain contests if their entry loses.
Cashback is only provided to users with losing entries in specific eligible contests within selected Boosted Rewards matches.
This is a feature where users receive a percentage of their stake back as cashback when an eligible bet is lost, provided it meets specific conditions such as minimum odds, stake amount, and valid bet type
To qualify, the bet must meet all eligibility criteria, including minimum stake, required odds (e.g., 2.5 or higher), and valid bet types such as single or parlay bets.
Cashback is credited automatically after the bet is settled as lost, provided all eligibility conditions are met.

Payments & Withdrawals
You can deposit funds into your account using approved payment methods such as debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) or PayPal. To make a deposit: 1. Go to the Deposit page 2. Enter the amount in GBP (£) 3. Choose your preferred payment method 4. Complete the transaction via a secure payment gateway (card details or PayPal login)
For first-time card deposits, you will be required to enter and validate your residential address before proceeding.
There is no fixed “per transaction” deposit cap defined; however, your deposits are controlled by a mandatory monthly financial limit that you must set during registration. The maximum deposit you can make depends on your age-based monthly limit. This means: You can deposit any amount within your remaining monthly limit You cannot deposit beyond your set financial limit If you wish to increase your limit above the standard threshold, you must submit affordability documents, which are reviewed by the Compliance team.
Failed deposits can occur for several reasons and do vary depending on which deposit method is being used.
The most common failed deposit reason is 'Declined by Payment Provider' if a deposit is rejected for this reason you should contact your card issuer for more information. The same applied if you dont receive the OTP (One Time Passcode) to complete the operation from your payment provider.
At GullyCricket you are only permitted to deposit and withdraw using a payment method that is registered in your name and of which you are the sole account holder.
You are not able to deposit or withdraw using a shared or business account.
We reserve the right to restrict or close any account using payment methods registered in anyone's name but your own.
When processing a deposit an immediate hold less-than-or-equal-to the deposit amount will be placed on your account. Your balance will be updated immediately, however it could take 1 to 3 business days for the full amount to be charged to the card.

Our platform operates a Closed Loop Payment System. This means: 1. Withdrawals are only sent back to the same payment method used for deposits 2. If multiple payment methods were used, withdrawals are split accordingly across those methods
It ensures that funds always return to the original source of payment, maintaining a secure and compliant payment environment.
A withdrawal request can be made at any time by visiting the GullyCricket withdrawal page. Access this page by visiting the Account section under your Profile in the mobile app and selecting “Withdraw”. The minimum amount for an in-app withdrawal is $1 (approx. £0.77). All withdrawals are reviewed by our Payments Team once requested. It takes 3-5 business days in most cases to process the withdrawals from our side, once processed the withdrawal is credited to the account.
Furthermore, you can check the status of your withdrawals by going to "My Account" > 'Withdraw'
Once your withdrawal has been approved, you should receive your funds to the requested payment method. If 5 business days have passed and the funds have not hit your account, please contact support@gullycricket.us so we can invesitgate this further for you.

You can review your transaction history at any given time to see your recent deposit and withdrawals, simply click on 'Account Balance', select 'Recent Transactions'. A list of your deposits and withdrawals will be displayed. This can also be filtered by month.
